AS A JUNIOR:
- MAAC All-Academic Team
- Finished ninth out of 156 at the 49th UAlbany XC Invite 8k (10/17)
- Came in 40th out of 183 in the 5k at the IC4A/ECAC XC Championship (11/21)
- Finished 12th in the 5000m at the Indoor MAAC Championship
- Took 8th and 10th in the 10000m & 5000m respectively at the Outdoor MAAC Championship
AS A SOPHOMORE:
- Finished 27th (26:47.0) posting one of the Saints' 10 fastest-ever times on the Van Cortlandt Park 5-mile course (11/14)
- Recorded program's 6th fastest time in program history (32:83.65) in the 10K race at the NCAA Regional (11/14)
AS A FRESHMAN:
- Ran in the Trinity College Bantam Invitational finishing with a time of 17:54
- Ran in the Br. Doyle Meet of Champions finishing with a time of 28:36.06
- Saw action in the 47th Annual UAlbany Cross Country Invitational, ending with a time of 26:37.6
- Finished in the NCAA Northeast Regional at 33:47.2
- Ran in the ECAC/IC4A Championships finishing at 27:21.8
BEFORE SIENA:
- Attended Morristown-Beard School
- Cross Country team MVP for three years

- Dad has run in the London and New York marathons
