Competed in eight track meets across the mile, 3,000m, 5,000m and 1,500m
Recorded one top-five finish and posted season-best marks of 5:45.03 in the mile, 19:35.16 in the 5,000m and 5:24.82 in the 1,500m
Finished fourth in the mile in 5:45.03 at the Crowell Invitational & Multi on Dec. 6
Ran 19:35.16 in the 5,000m at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 22
Placed seventh in the 5,000m in 19:54.00 at the Red Fox River Rumble on April 18
Finished 10th in the 1,500m in 5:24.82 at the Capital District Classic on April 24
Competed in the 5,000m at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 10, running 20:08.10

Ran a personal best 2:41.19 in the 800-meter at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on the weekend of May 10-11
Ran a top personal of 5:32.05 in the 1500-meter at the RPI Capital District Classic Invitational on Apr. 25
Finished with a personal best of 24:36.4 in the 6K at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 2
Ran best finish of 22:29.4 in the 5K at the Marist Invitational on Aug. 31

BEFORE SIENA:

Won the 2021 & 2022 WAC Cross Country Championships
Placed 12^th at the 2022 NY State Class D Cross Country Championship to earn Third Team All-State honors
Cross Country WAC All-Star each season of high school
Named a Scholar Athlete
Cross Country Second Team All-Star for her senior year
Also competed in soccer and swimming

Cousin also attended Siena
Planning to study pre-law and work in sports law or corporate/business law
Ran in the Olivia's Miles for Smiles event (250+ miles) during the month of March to raise money for childhood cancer and the Melodies Center at Albany Medical (5k raised)
Also volunteered for the Red Cross blood drive and the Girls on the Run 5K event
Chose Siena for the strong academics and felt like it was a school that she would grow athletically, academically and personally.
