2022-23 (FIFTH YEAR):
  • Named a 2023 Capital District Sports Women of the Year honoree 
  • Honored as the first-ever MAAC Female Student Athlete of the Year from Siena
  • Named the 2022-23 Siena Female Student Athlete of the Year
  • Siena nominee for NCAA Woman of the Year award 
  • USTFCCCA All-Academic selection for both cross country and track season, becoming the program's first honoree for track 
  • CSC Academic All-District selection 
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll selection 
  • Given the team Cross Country Performance of the Year award 
  • Named the MAAC Cross Country Women's Runner of the Week on September 14, October 5, October 19, October 26, and April 25 
  • Competed in six cross country, six indoor track, and eight outdoor track events
  • Won the Siena Cross Country Invitational with a 5k time of 17:57.4 on September 10
  • Set the school record in the women's 6k (20:17.8) at the Paul Short Run on September 30 with a 40th place finish
  • Finished third at the 2022 ECAC Cross Country Championships on October 14 to earn All-East honors 
  • Won the CCSU Mini Meet 3k on October 21 (9:37.5)
  • Won the 2022 MAAC Women's Cross Country Championships, becoming the first Siena runner to claim a MAAC Cross Country individual title
  • Named the MAAC Women's Cross Country Most Outstanding Runner 
  • Finished 19th at the 2022 NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Championship to earn All-East Region honors and surpass the previous Siena high finish
  • Ran a personal best in the mile (4:49.17) at the Valentine Invite
  • Won the 3,000 at the 2023 MAAC Indoor Track Championships

  • Earned All-MAAC honors with a ninth-place finish at the MAAC Cross Country Championships

2019-20 (SOPHOMORE):
  • Named the MAAC Female Runner of the Week on October 30
  • Nominee for Siena's Female Athlete of the Year 
  • Given the team's Female Cross Country Performance of the Year award
  • MAAC All-Academic Team member for all three seasons

  • Competed in seven cross country and six indoor track events

  • Earned All-MAAC honors for a eighth place finish at the MAAC Cross Country Championships

  • Two-time New York State champion in the 4x800 relay in 2017 & 2018
  • 2018 New Balance Indoor National 5k Qualifier, finishing 24th 
  • Member of the Nike Cross Country Nationals Qualifying team in 2017, of the Section II Sectional Championships cross country team and of the second play NYS Federation Cross Country Championship team in both 2016 & 2017, finishing 17th individually in 2016

  • Cousins, Paolino, Marco, and Matteo Curto all played soccer at Siena
  • Majoring in nursing, with plans to become a nurse anesthetist 
  • Chose Siena for the nursing program and the track coaching staff
