AS A JUNIOR:
- MAAC All-Academic Team
- Siena's First IC4A Outdoor Track Qualifier (1500m)
- Won the Yale Opener in the 3000m (Indoor)
- Won the Monmouth Season Opener in the 3000m (Outdoor)
- Finished second in the 2016 Cornell Outdoor Upstate Challenge
- Came in 11th in the 1500m at the MAAC Outdoor Championship
- Finished 37th at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the 1500m
AS A SOPHOMORE:
- Ran season best 8K time of 26:04.8 in the UAlbany Invitational (10/18)
- Ran 5-mile race time of 27:26.7 at the 20th Annual Monmouth Invitational (9/20)
- Finished second on the team, 14th overall, in the UAlbany Invitational (10/18)
- Finished MAAC Championships in the top-50 overall, third on the team (10/31)
- Student Athlete of the Month -- October
AS A FRESHMAN:
- Finished 8th in the Trinity College Bantam Invitational with a time of 17:12
- Ran in the Br. Doyle Meet of Champions finishing at 27:56.02
- Saw action in the Paul Short Invitational finishing with a time of 27:17
- Completed the 18th James Early Invitational with a time of 26:52.06
- Finished the 47th Annual UAlbany Invitational with a time of 26:50.8
- Ran in the ECAC/IC4A Championships finishing at 27:23.9
BEFORE SIENA:
- Captain of cross country and both indoor and outdoor track team
- All-State cross country 2010, 2011, and 2012
- Led the Cougars all fall by running to a 16:10 5km personal best from his top 10 finish at the Six Flags Wild Safari Invitational
- A 6th place finish at the prestigious Brown XC Invitational
- In track, finished 2nd at the New Balance Grand Prix in 7:53.29 and 7th in The Penn Relays Championship of America 4x800m with a time of 7:55.64
- Individually, Paolo finished 4th in the 1,600m at the CHSAA Indoor Track Championships where he ran a personal best time of 4:26.67
- Came in 7th in the famous Stanner Games Invitational 3,200m running a 9:32.31 personal best time
PERSONAL:
- Son of Mario and Heidi Fiore
- Has two brothers, Mario, and Luciano, and three sisters, Olivia, Tessa, and Natalia
- Younger brother, Luciano '19, runs for the Saints

If I could be on any reality TV show it would be: Wipeout because I feel I would have a blast trying to get through the obstacle courses and I want to see if the course is as hard as it seems
One thing I wish people knew about me but don't: I was Time magazine's person of the year in 2006

The thing I like most about Siena is: It seems to be a very professional place where there are plenty of nice people who are always willing to help
