  • Placed 10th in the women's 6k at the 2018 MAAC Cross Country Championships to earn All-MAAC honors for the third straight year
  • Registered two top-3 cross country finishes and placed seventh at the prestigious Paul Short Run on Sept. 29
2017-18 (JUNIOR):
  • Earned All-MAAC honors for cross country and the women's 3000m indoor track run
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & Academic Honor Roll member
  • Finished in 26th place in the 1500m at the 2018 ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships 
  • Placed fourth in the 1500m and sixth in the 4x800m relay at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships 
  • Qualified for the Penn Relays for the second straight season, running a 9:41.52 in the 3000m 
  • Placed ninth in the preliminaries and eighth in the finals of the mile at the 2018 ECAC/IC4A Indoor Track & Field Championships
  • Placed second in the distance medley relay and third in the 3000m run at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships
  • Placed ninth at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships and 67th at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships 
  • Placed fourth at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 28 with a time of 21:47.4 in the women's 6k, earning All-MAAC honors for the second straight year
  • Registered top-5 individual finishes in five total cross country competitions 
  • Set a school record and placed fourth at the prestigious Paul Short Run on Sept. 29 with a time of 21:19.7 in the women's 6k
  • Won the women's 4k at the Siena Short Course Twilight Meet on Sept. 1 with a time of 14:55.0
2016-17 (SOPHOMORE):
  • Siena's first Division I title holder in school history 
  • Siena's first individual championship winner in both indoor & outdoor track 
  • Won the 3000m MAAC Indoor Championship Title
  • Won the 1500m MAAC Outdoor Championship Title
  • Finished 13th at the MAAC Cross Country Championship to take home All-MAAC honors for XC; Time of 22:10.10 in the 6k stands as the second-fastest women's 6k MAAC Championship time in program history
  • Named the MAAC Female Cross Country Runner of the Week on Sept. 18
  • CoSIDA Academic All-District
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Became the first Siena female to qualify for ECAC/IC4A indoor & outdoor Championships Finishing 13th at the ECAC Indoor Championship
  • Took fifth (1500m) and sixth (3000m) at the ECAC Outdoor Championship
  • Became the first Saint to qualify for the Penn Relays since 1980, placing sixth in the 3000m race
  • 3000m time of 9:40.17 at the Penn Relays was a school record at the time of running

2015-16 (FRESHMAN):
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Finished in the top-50 in the XC MAAC Championship with the sixth fastest MAAC Championship time in program history (23:01.67)
  • Placed 2nd in the 3000m at the Yale Season Opener (Indoor)
  • Qualified for the ECAC Indoor Championship in the mile
  • MAAC Indoor Championship - 8th in the mile (5:05.27)
  • Came in 23rd in the mile at the ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championship
  • Won the 3000m steeplechase at the Black & Gold Invitational
  • Finished 6th in the 1500m at the MAAC Outdoor Championship
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Two-time captain for her high school team
  • Three-time NYSPHSAA Scholar Athlete
  • Ran Guilderland's sixth fastest time ever on the famous Saratoga State Park Course with a time of 18:03.64
  • Finished 11th overall at the 2014 Section II Class A Championships
  • Placed 13th at the Suburban Council Championships as a senior
  • Ran 58th at the NYS Federation Championships
  • Huided Guilderland to a fifth place finish at the NYS Federation Championships
  • Recorded the schools' fourth fastest time of 19:36.2 at the Bowdoin Park Course
