2021-22 (GRADUATE):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Ran a personal best in the 8k (24:56.8) at the Paul Short Run on October 1
  • Placed 44th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on October 30
  • Ran a personal best in the 10k (33:14.3) and finished 120th at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships on November 12
  • Finished 20th in the 5k at the 2022 MAAC Outdoor Track Championships
2020-21 (GRADUATE):
  • Named to the MAAC 40th Anniversary Team for cross country and indoor track
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Named the Male Leo Dufort Student Athlete of the Month for October 2020
  • Placed 45th at the 2021 MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Participated in six outdoor track events
  • Ran the seventh-fastest outdoor time in the 3000 at the Buffalo Mid-Week Invite on March 24 (8:49.60)
  • Logged the eighth-fastest outdoor time in the 5000 at the Rider Five-way Meet on April 3 (15:04.26)
  • Ran the third-fastest time in program history in the 10,000 with 16th place finish at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (31:54.65)
  • Placed 13th in the 5000 at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (15:19.92)
2019-20 (SENIOR):

2018-19 (JUNIOR):
  • NCAA D1 Northeast Region All-Region Team selection
  • USTFCCCA All-Academic Team selection

  • Competed in six cross country events and five indoor track meets 
  • Ran a personal best 19:28.4 in the 6k at the Marist Season Opener on Sept. 1
  • Ran a personal best 25:38.2 in the National Catholic Invitational Sept. 14 
  • Finished in fourth place in the 8k at the R.K. Munsey / UAlbany XC Invitational
  • Placed 11th at the MAAC XC Championships with a 25:42.3
  • Qualified for the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships, finishing 24th with a personal best 33:38.5 in the 10k
  • Took home personal bests in the 1000-meter (2:43.08) and the mile (4:29.38) at the Utica College Blue & Orange Individual & Multi Feb. 2-3, placing fourth & eighth, respectively 
  • Placed eighth and fifth, respectively, in the 3000-meter and 5000-meter runs at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships on Feb. 16-17
2017-18 (SOPHOMORE):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Competed in six cross country events, five indoor track meets and six outdoor track events 
  • Ran a personal best 26:16.9 in the 8k at the Paul Short Brown on Sept. 29
  • Placed 18th at the MAAC Championships with a 26:33.3 in the 8K
  • Placed 134th at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region XC Championships in the 10k with a 34:37.9
  • Placed 118th at the IC4A / ECAC XC Championships in the five-mile race with a 27:29.4
  • Ran a personal best 14:46.04 in the 5000-meter race at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 9
  • Placed 9th in the 3000-meter race with a personal best of 8:32.29 and 9th in the 5000-meter race at the MAAC Indoor Championships 
  • Ran a personal best 31:30.43 in the 10,000-meter race at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 14
2016-17 (FRESHMAN):
  • MAAC Academic honor Roll member
  • Competed in five cross country events, four indoor track meets and five outdoor track events 
  • Won the 5000m at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational (Indoor)
  • Took third in the 3000m at the Class of 1932 Meet (Indoor)
  • Finished 20th in the 5000m at both the MAAC Indoor & Outdoor Championships
  • Had a fifth place finish in the 10000m at the Monmouth Season Opener (Outdoor)
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Four-year varsity letter winner at New Milford High School
