Biography

AS A SENIOR: Sustained season ending injury in first game.

AS A JUNIOR: All-MAAC Second Team...Started 17 of 18 games...Second on the team with 12 points (4 G, 4 A)...Led the team with 35 shots...Scored all three goals in a 3-2 double overtime win at Iona (11/7) that clinched a spot in the MAAC Tournament...Siena won all five games in which he scored a point.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Started six of 18 games...Finished the season tied for third on the team with seven points, including three goals and one assist...Netted the gamewinning goals against UAlbany (9/19) and Rider (10/7).

AS A FRESHMAN: Started in 14 of his 15 appearances...Registered an assist at Drexel on Sept. 5...Placed 13 of 23 shot attempts on goal.

BEFORE SIENA: Lettered four years of varsity soccer and two years of varsity track and field at Saint John the Baptist...Was a team captain for two of those four years...Played for the Commack ISA Premier Team...Was a member of the Long Island Olympic Development Program from 2000-2004 and an All-Catholic League Selection in 2003 and 2004.

PERSONAL: Born September 15, 1987...The son of Richard and Lisa Tagliafarri...An accounting major.
