Sean Bradke enters his fourth as an assistant softball coach with Siena softball in 2015. He primarily works with Siena[apos]s outfielders. Siena Softball has achieved unprecedented success during Bradke[apos]s first three years with the program. The Saints have won 70 games - the program[apos]s most over any three-year span - and captured a share of the squad[apos]s first MAAC Regular Season Championship in 2013. Last season, Bradke helped guide the Saints to program records of 29 wins and 13 MAAC victories. Siena[apos]s 29-26 overall record marked the program[apos]s first winning season since 1988 and the Saints captured just their second-ever MAAC Tournament victory. Bradke previously served as the head coach of Niskayuna[apos]s modified baseball team. Under his guidance, the team set a school record with 104 stolen bases, and had a cumulative on-base percentage of .485. Niskayuna[apos]s outfielders did not record a single error all season long, and tallied five assists as well. Bradke also previously served as the Saints[apos] diving coach and helped guide that program to its fourth and fifth consecutive winning seasons during his final two years. A native of nearby Latham, Bradke spent five seasons as the head diving coach and swimming and diving recruiting coordinator at SUNY-Potsdam. Hired as the youngest NCAA coach ever at age 19, Bradke led Potsdam to the #1 National seed by the time he was 21. In 2010, Bradke led Potsdam to a National Championship in one-meter diving and third place finish in three-meter diving at the Division III level. Under Bradke[apos]s tutelage, he mentored 2009 NCAA Diver of the Year Nathan LaRowe, while also producing four NCAA All-Americans and three All-American Honorable mentions.
