Sydnie Rosales 2024-25

Sydnie Rosales

Sydnie Rosales joined Siena Women's Basketball as an Assistant Coach in October 2023. No stranger to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), Rosales brings valuable basketball knowledge to the Saints.

“Sydnie will be a great addition to our staff,” head coach Jim Jabir said upon Rosales' appointment. "Her relatability to the players, combined with her knowledge and passion for the game of basketball will help us greatly as we enter the 2023-24 season.”

A Capital Region native, Rosales entered the collegiate coaching world after a four-year playing career as a guard at MAAC counterpart Marist from 2013-17. She has also served as a Talent Evaluator at Albany’s annual GymRat Challenge since 2015, and assisted as a counselor at Marist College Women’s Basketball Camp while in Poughkeepsie.

Rosales held a position at Goldman Sachs in Cohoes, New York upon graduation from Marist in 2017, working her way up to the title of Senior Associate. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Marist in 2017.

A native of Loudonville, New York, she starred as a member of the varsity team at Colonie Central High School for six years and helped lead the team to a Class AA Sectional Title as a junior. She played AAU ball for the Saratoga Sparks, helping the team to top-ten national finishes in three consecutive years.
