- Named MAAC Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 9 following a season-high five-point performance in a conference-opening win vs. Iona (Sept. 7)

- Selected to the first-ever Eastern Athletic Communications Association (EAST-COMM) Academic Honor Roll
- MAAC All-Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll honoree
- Ranked second in the MAAC in points (24), goals (nine), match-winning goals (five - one shy of the program single-season record), and shot accuracy (.590)
- Scored in each of the final four regular season matches - highlighted by three match-winning scores - coinciding with the program's longest win streak in seven years

- Daughter of Jeffrey and Theresa Stowell
- Has a twin sister, Kaylee, who plays soccer at Manhattan, and an older sister, Casey, who plays soccer at UAlbany
- Drew distinction between her and her twin sister Kaylee based upon accessories; Megan wore pink cleats while Kaylee wore a headband
- Majoring in biology with plans to become a doctor
- Chose Siena because it provides academic opportunities that fit her interests and it has a strong and competitive soccer program that will push me to grow as a player
