Siena University Athletics

D.J. Thompson begins his first year with Siena[apos]s Swimming and Diving team.For the last three years, D.J. has had the opportunity to train and mentor dozens of youth and young adults interested in the competitive sport of diving- one that he has always participated in himself. As the Head Diving Coach at Knolls in Clifton Park, NY, he and his divers have taken home 3 consecutive [quote]top 3[quote] championship finishes including a 2013 1st other Suburban League-wide recognized awards. The valuable teaching experience D.J. has gained from Knolls and through his volunteer work at Roessleville Elementary School in Albany, NY has prepared him to become a successful member of Siena[apos]s athletics program. D.J. hopes to continue to build and pass along his skills as a coach and athlete while further strengthening Siena[apos]s Swimming and Diving team.
