2012-13: Named MAAC All-Academic team...Won the 200 Free Relay against Vermont (11/3)...Competed mostly in the Free events with some Back and Fly events...Earned her top times in the 50 Free and 100 Free at the 2013 MAAC Championships (2/14) with 25.16 in the 50 Free and 54.63 in the 100 Free...Recorded a time of 1:06.40 in the 100 Back at the ECAC Championships (11/30).
2011-12:MAAC All-Academic team selection...Helped her squad to five relay victories...First place finisher in the 200 medley relay against Bryant and Niagara (1:53.02), New Hampshire (1:41.76), Sacred Heart (1:54.85), and Long Island and C.W. Post (1:45.27)...Also conributed to the 400 free relay victories against St. Francis (3:42.29)...Relay team finished sixth in the MAAC Championships in the 400 free (4:34.98)
2010-11:Won five events in a head-turning freshman campaign...Made an immediate splash, breaking a pool record in her first home meet against Vermont as part of the 400 free relay team (3:37.82)...Finished third in 200 free relay (1:36.68) at MAAC Championships.
BEFORE SIENA:Earned four varsity letters at East Lyme...Made four All-Conference teams and two All-State teams...Led team to four conference titles...Set four school records...YMCA National Qualifier...Also earned one varsity letter on crew.
PERSONAL:Born February 22nd, 1992...Daughter of Rocco Tricarico and Diane Morganthaler...Has a younger brother, Nicholas...An undecided liberal arts major who aims to attend graduate school...Enjoys photography, marine studies, and traveling to visit her family in Italy...Chose Siena due to its great sense of community...Also recruited by Assumption, Bentley, Bryant, C.W. Post, Fairfield, Holy Cross, Iona, Providence, Sacred Heart, the University of Rhode Island, and Wagner.

What I like most about Siena College: The sense of community- it feels like everyone who goes her is part of one big family.
What I like most about my sport: It has taught me about hard work, sacrifice and has allowed to meet the most amazing people and lifelong friends.
What I like most about coach: He is easy to have conversations with.

Best moment of the previous season: Getting 2nd place at ECAC's
My goal for the upcoming season: To get best times in the events that I typically swim, and to just take in and enjoy my last year of swimming.
My biggest fear: Clowns and Thunderstorms
My hobbies are: Scuba diving, skiing, traveling, surfing, going out on our boat
What is one thing you can't live without: My family
If I could travel anywhere, I would go: Egypt
If I was stuck on a deserted island, the one thing I would bring: My stuffed animal hippo named "sprint"
My biggest fan: My dad
My before game/meet routine: I always listen to my "pump up" playlist and carry around my stuffed hippo wherever I go (unless I am actually racing..). I also like to visual my race beforehand.
Best advice I have ever received: Whatever you are, be a good one.
Most embarrassing moment: Getting sun poisoning and YMCA Nationals in Florida
Person I look up to the most: My parents- they have taught me almost everything I know about determination and hard work and have been supportive of me every step of the way.

Sport/Position I always wanted to try: Even though I'm a girl, I always used to want to play baseball when I was younger.
