Biography
GENERAL:
- Possesses an excellent vertical and hits with great power
- Exceptional blocker who can contribute at any front row position
- Will get an opportunity to rotate into the front row
2016:
- Only Saint to play and start in all 30 matches
- Tallied 73 blocks on the season
- Recorded a season-high seven blocks at Niagara (10/30/16)
- Put up 11 kills at Syracuse (9/10/16)
- Finished the season with 123 kills
2015:
- Played in five matches
- Recorded a career-high four kills against The Citadel (8/28)
- Registered one kill and one dig against James Madison (9/12)
2014:
BEFORE SIENA:
- Led the volleyball and basketball teams to sectional titles as senior at Oneonta, earning all-state honors in both sports
- Qualified for states in track three straight years at high jump
- Earned Fourth Team All-State recognition following a junior season highlighted by team-highs of 179 kills and 60 blocks
- Led Yellowjackets to a 14-5 record in 2012 that included losses to Owego in the Southern Tier Athletic Conference final and the Section Four Class B title game
PERSONAL/COMMUNITY:
- Daughter of Kevin and Denise Herrick
- First student athlete from Oneonta HS to play Division I volleyball
- Started playing volleyball as an eighth-grader, when she made the junior varsity team
- Chose Siena in the summer prior to her senior year because she liked academic program, health studies department, size and appearance of campus and the strong volleyball program with great coaches
- Active in community: Community meals, coach for youth volleyball clinics, church outreach activities, mission, church school teacher, Relay for Life, Pit Run, and SADD volunteer

Best moment at Siena: Winning the MAAC Championships in Disney
My goal for the upcoming season: Win the conference championship again and advance further in the NCAA's
My biggest fear: Finding bugs or rodents in my room
My hobbies are: Volleyball, basketball and reading
If I could travel anywhere, I would go to: Bora Bora
If I were stuck on a deserted island, the one thing I would bring: A cell phone to call for help
