Biography
GENERAL:
- Very athletic player with great leaping ability
- Has made tremendous progress throughout career, developing into impact player in the middle
- Possesses improved footwork and good technical skills at the net

2014:
- Led team with .369 attack percentage
- Finished season on fire, posting 28 kills in 42 attacks (.619) with just two errors over final four regular-season games (all on the road)
- Kept momentum going with 6-1-13 effort in MAAC quarterfinal sweep of Canisius (11/20)
- Had seven kills in eight swings in key road win at Canisius (11/8), and five kills in six swings in season-opening win over Lehigh (8/29)
- Third on team with .94 blocks per set
2013:
- Appeared in 24 matches and 76 sets
- Started 15 of the team's final 16 matches
- Finished fifth on the team with 1.36 kills per set and second on the team with 0.66 blocks per set
- Killed 11 of 17 swings and had three blocks in win over Rider (11/16)
- Career-high six blocks in home sweep of Manhattan (9/22)
2012:
- Played in 15 matches and 23 sets
- Killed eight of 13 attacks (.462) in win at Saint Peter's (9/22)
- Started and killed four of eight attacks in key win at Marist (11/3)
BEFORE SIENA:
- Lettered four years at middle blocker at Absegami, starting the last three
- Played club volleyball for East Coast Crush
PERSONAL/COMMUNITY:
- Daughter of Wayne and Tracie Monroe
- Worked at a nursing home for three summers (2009-11)
- Helped coach the PAL volleyball leagues for children
- Marketing major at Siena
