"Throughout the hiring process if became immediately clear that Coach Spilman was an immensely qualified candidate," said Ozols. "Even more impressive was how every player or coach she has worked with in College, Club and USAV High Performance spoke of her volleyball IQ, her work ethic, and her great demeanor with her players. She has solid foundations for her start as an NCAA Division I Assistant Coach and I will be so excited to see her help our program grow into the future."
