- Daughter of Daniel and Julie Hinkel
- Has one older brother, Trevor, who plays baseball at Cal State Fullerton and previously played at Pepperdine
- Majoring in nursing
- Chose Siena because of the atmosphere, team chemistry, and the opportunity to play volleyball and be in the nursing program
