2006: Siena Student Athlete of the Month for March 2006, MAAC All-Academic Team, AWPCA All-Academic Team, scored nine goals, had 12 assists, gathered nine steals 2005: MAAC All-Academic Team, AWPCA All-Academic Team, scored 17 goals, had 25 assists, gathered 17 steals and drew two ejections 2004: scored five goals in 14 games, received Siena Award from team Before Siena: Attended Westhill High School...Was a varsity athlete in basketball and swimming General: The daughter of Tom and Susan LaFex...Majoring in English...Serves as a Residence Hall Advisor (RA) and is active within Siena[apos]s Campus Ministries Program on campus... Chose to play water polo at Siena because of the high level of the intensity of the sport. Swingle on LaFex: 'Anne continues to make very good decisions in the water for herself and for those around her. Her ability to score the ball and keep her focus in tight situations will help keep our team balanced both on offense and defense. We are lucky to have her with us for her senior year.'
