- Named the MAAC Co-Defensive Player of the Week and the MAAC Co-Rookie of the Week on February 28
- Named the MAAC Defensive Player of the Week on April 3
BEFORE SIENA:
- Three-time All-League selection
- Four-time selection to the San Diego ODP Zone TeamÂ
- Helped lead club team to national #4 ranking
- Played six years of club water polo with San Diego Shores
- Set high school career and single season blocks record
- Four-year varsity started in high schoolÂ
- Named a San Diego HS "Player ot Watch" by the San Diego Union Tribune
- Led high school to League Championship, Open Division and States Championship Tournament appearance during her freshman year
- Two-year team captain
- Alsow swam for three years in high schoolÂ
PERSONAL:
- Born on July 7
- Daughter of Jamie & Jane Frye
- Grandfather coached swimming and water polo at Bethany College, West Liberty, La Salle, and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, and was a member of the Olympic Committee for swimmingÂ
- Planning to major in health science and go into the athletic training field
- Chose Siena because of the campus, size of the school, and because she felt at home
