Kevin Rodriguez HS

Kevin Rodriguez

Kevin Rodriguez arrived at Siena in June 2026 after spending the previous four seasons as Assistant Director of Athletic Performance at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. During his time with the Mocs, Rodriguez helped lead performance efforts for multiple programs, including men’s basketball, women’s golf, and beach volleyball, while also assisting with football operations.

“I’m extremely thankful for the opportunity to join Siena and couldn’t be more excited to get started,” said Rodriguez. “This is a place that wants to compete at a high level, and that’s something I wanted to be a part of. My goal is to build strong relationships with our student-athletes, create a culture where they take pride in the work they put in every day, and help them become stronger, more resilient, and more confident both inside and outside the weight room. It’s an honor to become part of the Siena community, and I’m excited to get to work.”

Prior to Chattanooga, Rodriguez served as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Delta State University from 2019-22, where he established the program’s first strength and conditioning system while overseeing training for all 13 Delta State sports. He also previously held graduate assistant and internship positions at Angelo State University, University of Mississippi, and Texas A&M University-Kingsville.

Rodriguez earned his master’s degree in Student Development and Leadership from Angelo State University and his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. He is certified as a Strength & Conditioning Coach through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association (SCCC).
