Madden joined the Saints in Summer 2026 after serving as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Hartwick College, where he oversaw training for all 19 athletic programs. He previously served as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at the College of Saint Rose and as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Union College.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to step into the role in Siena University’s Athletic Department,” said Madden. “I look forward to collaborating with such a talented coaching staff. It’s a privilege to be a part of a new strength and conditioning team, and I’m excited to help build stronger athletes with this organization.”
A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the NSCA, Madden earned his master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago.
