Saints Edged By Toledo 59-55

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Nick Moore scored 18 points and helped Toledo hold off a late rally by Siena for a 59-55 victory Tuesday night.

Moore scored all 10 of the Rockets' points over the final 9:07, preserving the lead for Toledo (2-3) even though his two 3-pointers, basket and two free throws came several minutes apart.

Reserve Tommy Mitchell scored 14 points and Austin Andrews had 12 for the Saints (3-1), who followed a Moore 3-pointer with an 11-2 run to pull within 54-51 with 4:54 remaining.

Moore then hit a 3-pointer to push Toledo's lead to six points and two free throws with seven seconds left after back-to-back layups by Jamal Jackson and Michael Haddix cut Siena's deficit to 57-55.

Keith Triplett added 14 points, Sammy Villegas had 11 and Anton Currie 10 for the Rockets.
