Final Stats

AMHERST, N.Y. (AP) -- Eric Moore scored 18 points, including 11 in the second half, to lead Buffalo to a 69-64 comeback win over Siena on Saturday.

A 360-degree spinning dunk by Siena's Edwin Ubiles left Buffalo (8-5) trailing 30-19 with 4:57 left in the first half. The Saints had their biggest lead, 28-13, moments earlier when Tay Fisher converted his second 3-pointer. Ubiles' third dunk - off an alley-oop feed from Ronald Moore - put the Saints up 47-35 with 15:55 left in the second half. But the Bulls responded with a 21-0 run capped by Calvin Betts' 3-pointer with 9:11 remaining, taking a 56-47 lead.

Siena (5-4) was held scoreless for over seven minutes as Buffalo scored on seven straight possessions and grabbed six offensive rebounds.

The Saints, who saw a 3-game winning streak snapped, had two opportunities to tie with less than a minute remaining but 3-pointers by Moore and Kenny Hasbrouck missed. Michael Haddix and Moore each had 14 points for Siena. Ubiles finished with 12 points. Ronald Moore added eight assists.

Parnell Smith shot 7-for-10 from the field and added 18 points for Buffalo with five offensive rebounds. Betts finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Buffalo's leading scorer and rebounder, Yassin Idbihi, missed his third-straight game with an elbow injury. Buffalo has trailed during the second half in six of their eight wins.
