The Siena men's golf team had its Championship season come to an end Saturday with a 26th place finish in the NCAA Central Regional in Sugar Grove, Ill. The Saints shot 52 strokes over par on the final day of play, to end the Tournament with a 997 - 133 strokes over par.
Bryan Bigley and Dan Abbondandolo each shot an 11-over 83 on Saturday. Bigley was the top Saints' finisher with a +24 for the three day Tournament, after shooting even par on Friday.
Tulsa won the Tournament, finishing 31 strokes over par with a three day total of 895.
The Saints advanced to the regional by capturing their second straight MAAC Championship. They became just the second program in Siena history to make consecutive NCAA trips.
