LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Siena's Student Athlete Advisory Committee partnered with the Franciscan Center for Service and Advocacy to provide local families with Christmas gifts this holiday season. This is the fourth straight year all 18 varsity sports sponsored a family and fulfilled their holiday wish lists.

"Siena's student-athletes understand the importance of working with the community and developing that relationship," athletic director John D'Argenio said. "Our student-athletes represent the best of Siena College through academics, athletics and volunteerism."

SAAC representatives from each team received a list of their family's needs. Student-athletes chipped in and bought gifts on their adopted family's lists which will be distributed by local charities to the families next week.
