Ken Grant Named Assistant Athletic Director of Business Affairs

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Ken Grant was recently named assistant athletic director of business affairs at Siena College. Grant will be responsible for managing all business operations within the athletic department. He graduated from Siena College in 2006 and was a four-year letter winner on the baseball team.

Grant arrives at Siena from the Vanguard Group, an investment company in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania where he served as a universal associate for two years. He worked directly with clients, opened and managed accounts and improved departmental workflows.

Grant graduated from Siena College with a bachelor's degree in marketing and management in 2006. As a senior, he interned with Go Fast Sports Energy Co. as a sales/marketing representative. He helped market energy drinks towards six colleges in the Capital Region and increased sales by 2.5% in a four month span.

Grant pitched for the Saints from 2002-06. He ranks in the top-5 on the school's all-time list for wins (4th - 16 W), innings pitched (2nd - 268.1 IP), and strikeouts (2nd - 188 K's).

After graduating, he coached for the All-Star Baseball Academy in Westchester, Pa. for two years.
