LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Siena head coach Fran McCaffery spent much of Thursday at ESPN studios in Bristol, Conn. appearing on many of the network's platforms.
McCaffery's and his son Patrick were greeted by ESPN College Basketball analyst Digger Phelps who McCaffery used to work for as an assistant at Notre Dame. He was then escorted through the studios for his first appearance - a sit down interview with Dana Jacobson on ESPN2's First Take.
McCaffery then did a video interview for ESPN Rise - the Network's website devoted to high school athletics where he answered questions about the team as well as recruiting questions and what it takes to become a Division I athlete.
