Towson Fireline Results

Siena men's golf finished 18th overall at the Towson Fireline Invitational completed Sunday in Graysonville, Md. Freshman David Gushee was the top Siena finisher, placing tied for 57th overall.

UNC Greensboro won the three-round, 54-hole, par-72 event with a team score of 866. Kent State (872) finished second with the Golden Flashes' Mackenzie Hughes shooting a -3 score of 213 to win the individual championship.

Gushee fired rounds of 78 and 81 before concluding with a personal tournament-best score of 77 on the final round. Teammate Don DeNyse III also shot a sub-80 score of 78 Sunday to finish second amongst Siena competitors.

The Saints return to action in two weekends for the Lafayette Invitational Apr. 10-11 in Center Valley, Pa.
