Siena's student athletes will step out of their comfort zone and onto the big stage Friday night for the benefit of Special Olympics New York. The majority of Siena's 18 Division I athletic teams will have representatives perform skits, dances, songs and more in the first annual Student Athlete Talent Show Friday night at 7:30 p.m. in the Alumni Recreation Center.
Siena's Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) organized the event. It is open to the Siena community and the general public, and admission is free. Donations for the Special Olympics will be collected at the door. There will also be a Chinese Auction involving each varsity team with the proceeds going to Special Olympics New York.
Diving coach Sean Bradke and softball standouts Lindsey McKeever and Shannon Jones will serve as masters of ceremonies for the event.
Those interested in attending need only RSVP at the official Siena Saints Facebook page by following this link: RSVP NOW!
