Final Stats
The Siena men's tennis team lost a 5-2 decision to Sacred Heart late Saturday in Connecticut. Dylan Roberts and Alex Burbine posted victories at No. 2 and No. 3 singles for the Saints.
Both Roberts and Burbine won three set matches. Roberts topped Jacob Miller 2-6, 7-5 and 7-5, and Burbine defeated Logan Mohrig 6-7, 6-1 and 6-1.
Darren Reich dropped a hard-fought 6-3, 6-7 and 10-7 decision to John Lopresti at No. 5 singles.
The doubles competition also went down to the wire. Burbine and Peter Collins teamed for an 8-6 win at top doubles, but Sacred Heart rallied to win at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles 8-6.
