LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Siena Lacrosse spotted Binghamton the first four goals before rallying for a 9-8 win Saturday afternoon at Siena Turf Field. Red-shirt junior Kyle Curry scored the game-winning goal, capping off his first career hat trick.

Curry, who missed all of last season due to injury, tied a career-high with four points. He gave the Saints (1-2) their first lead of the day at 8-7 early in the fourth and after Binghamton (0-1) tied it back up, fired home the game-winner with 7:07 remaining.

Colin Clive added a hat trick for the Saints which rallied from an early hole as the Bearcats struck four times within the first 10 minutes. Siena scored five of the next six goals, but Michael Antinozzi completed the first half hat trick scoring with just six seconds remaining to give Binghamton a 7-5 lead at the break.

Curry and Clive each scored twice in the second half as the Saints shook their slow start with clutch goals late and an improved defensive performance.

Senior goalie Matt Sharp, who struggled in the first half, responded with a sensational final two quarters. He made six of his 10 saves in the final half, allowing just one goal.

Max Schefler made 13 saves in his collegiate debut for Binghamton, while Alex Doerflein went 15-21 at the faceoff X and picked up 11 groundballs.

The Saints conclude their season long three-game homestand next Saturday when they host St. John's at 1 p.m.
