Siena tries to pickup a rare MAAC road win Sunday at noon in Bridgeport against rival Fairfield. The Saints can even up their conference record at the midpoint of the MAAC season.

Siena (8-12, 4-5) is coming off an impressive 64-47 win over Saint Peter's Thursday night in Albany. That was the team's sixth win in their last seven home games, but success has been harder to find on the road. Siena has lost 22 of its last 25 MAAC road games and has won just twice in 12 games away from home this season. MAAC Rookie of the Week Marquis Wright has elevated his game recently. Wright continues to lead the conference in assists (5.7) and steals (2.0), while raising his scoring average to 7.9 points per game.

Fairfield (4-16, 1-8) has stumbled this season, entering Sunday's game in last place in the conference after a 63-60 setback at Monmouth Thursday night. Fairfield netted 12 three-point field goals against the Hawks, six of which came from Marcus Gilbert who paces the offense with 13.8 points per contest. Maurice Barrow continues to improve his scoring average with each game, raising his current total to 12.7 points per game. KJ Rose turned in a solid effort against Monmouth, tying his career-high with seven assists and establishing a personal-best with seven rebounds. He places third on the team with a 7.1 scoring average.
