JERSEY CITY, N.J. - Siena Women's Basketball opens a three-game road trip against Saint Peter's at the Yanitelli Center at 2 p.m. Gameday Central coverage begins with the radio pregame show at 1:30 p.m. in the Capital Region on WVCR 88.3 FM "The Saint" and online at SienaAllAccess.com.

Both teams are hungry for a win as the Saints (6-16, 2-12) have dropped 10 straight while Saint Peter's (3-19, 2-11) has lost seven in a row. Siena has won the past six meetings between the programs, sweeping the season series each of the past three years.

The Saints and Peacocks are meeting for the first time this season. In the last meeting between the programs, Siena overcame a 15-point deficit to rally past Saint Peter's 70-67 on Feb. 22, 2013 at the ARC. Siena shot 55.2% in the second half, overcoming an 8-8 performance from three-point range by the Peacocks' Bridget Whitfield which was one three off the NCAA record of made three pointers in a game without a miss.
