LATHAM, NY - Siena Men's Tennis continued their winning ways with a 7-0 sweep of Holy Cross. The Saints have not played Holy Cross since the 2012-13 season where Siena won 6-1.

Siena started the match off by taking the doubles point after winning all three doubles matchups. Cameron Kirkwood & Jace Koretz on court one and Alessandro Saglia & Geovanny Mendoza on court two both won their respective matches 6-4. Diego Lebron and Peter Galante took a 6-3 win on court three for the quick 1-0 start.

Saglia quickly picked up another point for Siena as he defeated Henry Harrs 6-1, 6-1. Koretz put the Saints up 3-0 with a 6-1, 6-2 victory in the number four position. Kirkwood continued to hold off Pat O'Shea on court one with a 6-4, 6-3 victory. It wasn't long before Mendoza picked up a point for the Saints. He defeated Peter Campito 6-3, 6-1. Lebron took the win in the five position with a 7-6 (4-0), 6-1 win. In his Siena debut, Alexandros Giannakitisidis picked up a 6-3, 6-2 victory on court six to complete the Siena sweep.

Siena will head to Brooklyn, New York on Sunday, Oct. 2nd to battle Saint Francis (NY).
