Nakylia Carter knocked down a three-pointer to tie the game at 57-57. Siena came up short on the final possession, sending things to overtime.
Both sides traded baskets in the opening overtime, as Wagner had a shot at the buzzer to win it. The shot sailed wide, as a second overtime came into play. The Saints then leaned on Sims in the last five minutes, as she scored seven of the team's final nine points to take the victory.
