Siena (4-6) is set for arguably its stiffest home test this season, as it prepares to take on CAA power College of Charleston (9-2). The Cougars enter play winners of six straight, highlighted by victories over Memphis and VCU. College of Charleston, which is fresh off back-to-back 25-plus win seasons and an NCAA Tournament appearance in March, is led by the dynamic scoring duo of Preseason All-CAA First Team selections Grant Riller (22.6 PPG) and Jarrell Brantley (20.2) who enter play as the nation's third highest scoring duo at 42.8 points per game.
The Saints enter tonight's matchup ranked in the top-10 nationally in both fewest fouls per game (14.4 - fifth), and fewest turnovers per game (9.9 - seventh). Siena also leads the MAAC and ranks 55th nationally in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.28), and stands second in the league averaging 8.9 threes per contest. The Saints have heated up at the offensive end recently, where they are shooting nearly 50% from the floor over the past five games including a stellar 61.9% on two-point attempts.
