Saints Travel to Robert Morris Saturday

Men's Basketball Looks to Bounce Back Against Colonials

MOON TOWNSHIP, PA - Siena Basketball looks to head into its final exams schedule on a high note when the Saints travel to Robert Morris Saturday for a 4 p.m. contest. Gameday Central coverage commences with The Anderson Group Pregame Show at 3:30 p.m. locally on Talk1300 AM and 98.7 FM, and online at SienaAllAccess.com.

Here's Ten Things to Know About Today's Game
1.) Siena ranks in the top-10 nationally in both fewest fouls per game and fewest turnovers per game. The Saints rank third nationally, committing just 14.2 fouls per contest, and 10th in turnovers, averaging only 10.0.
2.) The Saints also lead the MAAC and rank 66th nationally in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.27 Siena was 12th worst nationally in assist-to-turnover ratio last season (0.73).
3.) The Saints rank third in the MAAC averaging 8.7 made threes per game. Siena averaged just 6.9 threes per game last season.
4.) Siena is shooting 47.1% from the floor over their past four games. They are connecting at a 63% (75-119) clip on two-point attempts, albeit just a 29.6% mark (29-98) from three. 
5.) The combined overall record of the six teams that Siena has lost to is 35-20 (.636). Five of the six currently possess winning records.
6.) Head coach Jamion Christian posted a 76-43 (.639) overall record vs. the NEC, including 67-39 (.632) mark in regular season action as the head coach at Mount St. Mary's (2012-18). He holds a 9-6 mark vs. Robert Morris, and defeated the Colonials here in the 2014 NEC Championship Game. 
7.) Siena has won eight straight vs. the current NEC membership, dating back to 1995
8.) Siena and Robert Morris meet for just the sixth time, with the Saints holding a 3-2 advantage. The home team has won each of the first five matchups.
9.) Siena posted a 76-74 victory over Robert Morris last season in Albany. The teams combined to score 33 points over the final 1:52 in a frenetic finish.
10.) Robert Morris is a perfect 3-0 at home this season, and just 1-5 on the road. The Colonials were projected to finish fifth (10 teams) according to the NEC Preseason Coaches' Poll.
