LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena Swimming is set to conclude its 2018-19 Regular Season slate with a conference dual meet at the Siena Swim Center Saturday afternoon. The Saints will welcome Saint Peter's to the Capital Region at 2 PM, in its final action before the conference championships in February.
Siena (1-8, 1-3) will be in action for the second time this month, with its first meet since falling at Saint Francis (PA) on Jan. 12, 70-120. The team was met with an unexpected week off after its schedule meet with Howard in Newark, NJ on Jan. 20 was cancelled due to inclement weather.
The Saints have posted 32 best times over eight different events thus far this season, with 11 different swimmers taking home a career-best during the team's eighth-place finish the 2018 ECAC Winter Championships in December. Future graduates

Saint Peter's (0-10, 0-3) will be in action for the second time in as many days Saturday, after competing in a dual meet at Seton Hall Friday evening. The team last competed in Saturday, Jan. 19, falling in a tri-meet to LIU Brooklyn and MAAC foe Monmouth, one of three conference squads, along with Manhattan and Fairfield that they have swam this season.
Siena holds a 3-0 mark all-time over the Peacocks, having faced them in the first meet in program history in 1999, as well as 2007 and most recently last season in Jersey City, a 144-56 victory.
The Saints will have two weeks off following the meet before traveling to Buffalo, NY for the 2019 MAAC Championships, Feb. 13-16.
