Excitement is high surrounding both Siena Basketball teams heading into the 2019-20 season. Under the direction of new head coach and alumnus
Carmen Maciariello '01, the men return 10 letterwinners from last year's squad which finished in a tie for second place in the MAAC, headlined by reigning unanimous MAAC Rookie of the Year and First Team All-MAAC selection
Jalen Pickett. Highlighting the women's squad is leading returning scorer senior
Sabrina Piper (10.9 points per game) to compliment a talented group of newcomers featuring five true freshmen.
