Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets online in advance and arrive early as long lines entering the Times Union Center are expected. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a 2009 MAAC Championship Trophy replica to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Saints' title.

Siena (14-14, 9-6) enters its final home game of the regular season in a tie with Quinnipiac for fourth place in the tightly contested MAAC Standings with just three regular season games remaining. The Saints begin the day just one game behind first-place Canisius, and only a half game back of both Iona and Rider who are tied for second. Meanwhile fellow upstart Marist (12-15, 7-8) is looking to keep its dwindling hopes at a First Round bye alive, as the Red Foxes stands two games back of both the Saints and Bobcats for the final bye.

After finishing tied for last place last season, both Siena and Marist have enjoyed resurgences this winter. The Red Foxes have already doubled their win total from a year ago as they currently possess the 10th best turnaround in the nation, while the Saints have posted a six-win improvement which is tied for the 18th best turnaround.

Siena has dominated the all-time series with their I-87 rivals, 56-27. The Saints have captured 20 of the past 25 meetings overall, including 10 of the last 11 matchups in Albany.
