ALBANY, NY - Surging Siena Basketball aims for its fifth win in its past six games and looks to complete the regular season series sweep of Fairfield when the Saints host the Stags on Military Appreciation Night at 7 p.m. at the Times Union Center. The game will be televised locally in the Capital Region on My4 Albany, in addition to being simulcast on ESPN3.

Tonight's game is also the second of four Siena Basketball Slam Dunkin' games this season. Fans can secure a voucher at their local participating Capital Region-area Dunkin' locations, which may be redeemed at the Times Union Center Box Office for a $5 ticket to tonight's game. Future Siena Basketball Slam' Dunkin games are set for Feb. 13 vs. Iona and Feb. 19 vs. Saint Peter's. At halftime, the Saints will recognize the 2018 New York-Penn League Champion Tri-City ValleyCats. Tri-City mascot SouthPaw will be in attendance, and the ValleyCats will have a table set up on the concourse with more information promoting their upcoming 2019 season.
Siena (10-12, 5-4) is playing its best basketball of the season, having won four of five punctuated by a thrilling road win at three-time defending MAAC Tournament Champion Iona Saturday afternoon. Tonight marks the Saints' lone home game during a five-game stretch, as Siena looks to secure its third straight victory at the Times Union Center.
The Saints posted a 57-48 triumph over Fairfield (7-16, 4-7) 11 days ago in Bridgeport.
Jalen Pickett scored a game-high 20 points on 8-12 shooting, while Siena's defense held the Stags to just 36% shooting and the MAAC's top three-point shooting attack at the time to just 4-23 (17%) from distance. The Saints have captured eight of the past 12 meetings between the programs, including four of the last six in Albany
