LOUDONVILLE, NY - The Siena Saints, currently sitting at 2-2 on the season, look to get over the .500 mark as they are set to open MAAC play against the St. Bonaventure Bonnies, a first year program, on Tuesday afternoon.

The Saints scored a season-high 18 goals in a commanding 18-10 victory over St. John's Saturday afternoon. The win would be their first win over a Big East member since they previously beat the Red Storm in their meeting on Feb. 28, 2015 in an 8-7 victory.

Siena (2-2) was led by a six-point day out of senior Keenan Cook, as he scored four goals and tallied a pair of assists on the day. Fellow senior Eric Munn quietly put together a monster day, scoring two goals and dishing a team-high three assists for a five-point day. Siena put together nine different scorers, and topped the Red Storm in all offensive categories. Most notably, the Saints outshot the Red Storm 53-35, and collected 41 ground balls to St. John's 26. The Saints also controlled the faceoff battled, winning 19 of 32 faceoffs in the game. Graduate student goalie Aaron Lewis would make nine saves between the pipes.

The Bonnies are 0-4 on the season, still looking for the first win in program history as they come to Loudonville. They are currently led by Sean Westley, who has scored five goals and seven assists to lead St. Bonaventure in scoring. 

Siena and St. Bonaventure will be facing off for the first time in men's lacrosse.
