The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced this evening that beginning Thursday, March 12, 2020, attendance at all MAAC Men's and Women's Basketball, and Esports games will be limited to student-athletes, coaches, event staff, essential team and Conference staff, TV network partners, credentialed media, and immediate family members of the participating teams.

The MAAC Committee on Athletic Administration will meet in Atlantic City on Thursday morning at 8 am to review and make recommendations to the MAAC Council of Presidents concerning spring sport competition and championships. Â

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – First Team All-MAAC selection
Manny Camper posted 15 points, nine rebounds, and a career-high six assists as top-seeded Siena Basketball thwarted No. 9 Manhattan 63-49 in the quarterfinals of the Hercules Tires MAAC Basketball Championships at Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall. The Saints held the Jaspers to just 34.5% shooting including only 4-18 from three to set a program MAAC Tournament record for fewest points allowed.
Siena (20-10) advances to the MAAC Semifinals Friday night at 6 p.m. where they will play the winner of tomorrow's 9:30 p.m. quarterfinal matchup between No. 4 Monmouth and No. 5 Quinnipiac. The Saints swept both the Hawks and Bobcats during regular season action.
Senior reserve Sammy Friday notched season-highs of 12 points on 5-6 shooting and six rebounds in 17 minutes of action for MAAC Regular Season Champion Siena who achieved the program's 21
st 20-win season and first in four years. MAAC Player of the Year
Jalen Pickett added nine points, eight rebounds, and seven assists for the Saints who have won 10 straight to mark the third longest winning streak in the program's storied more than eight decade-long history.
Third Team All-MAAC selection Pauly Paulicap tallied a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds for Manhattan (13-18), while Christian Hinckson added nine points.
Siena scored 11 straight points midway through the first half to double up the Jaspers 24-12 at the 8:37 mark. The Saints led 34-25 at the break.
Siena delivered the knockout punch with a 10-1 run early in the second half as the lead ballooned to 16 at 46-30 with 13:07 remaining. The Saints led by double digits the rest of the way and by as many as 18 to win their ninth straight MAAC Tournament game against Manhattan.
Siena continued to get the job done of the defensive end, where the Saints have allowed just 59.1 points on 38.6% shooting including only 26% from three during their 10-game win streak. Siena will now have two full days to prepare for either Monmouth or Quinnipiac, who possess two of the most potent scoring offenses in the MAAC.
