BETHLEHEM, PA – Another successful season came to a close for Siena Men's Golf on Saturday, as the Saints completed 36-hole action at the Lehigh Invitational in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The Green and Cold carded a round of +16, 304 to finish tied for fifth with a two-day total of +26, 602 on the par-72, 7,091 yard course at Saucon Valley Country Club.
St. John's (-5, 571) led the 15-team field, while MAAC counterparts Rider (third), Fairfield (tied for seventh), and Iona (11th) also participated.
Graduate student Brody Yates finished the year with consecutive rounds of +2, 74 to lead the team at +4, 148 and tie for 13th. Senior Nolan Crowley (74-77) and freshman Austin Giroux (72-79) each tied for 28th individually at +7, 151, while senior Matthew Ferrari (78-75) split for 34that at +9, 153. Sophomore Dan Brooks rounded out the Saints' five-man competition team with rounds of 81 and 78 to card +15, 159 and knot for 55th.
Siena will next look forward to its Spring 2023 campaign, which will culminate with the 2023 MAAC Golf Championships at the end of April in Florida.
