The Siena Women's Tennis team got back into the win column on Sunday afternoon, as they defeated the Colgate Raiders by a final score of 5-2.
 
Junior 
Maanya Viswanath and sophomore 
Emma Boggiali took a win at #2 doubles, while senior 
Anastasia Koniaev and sophomore 
Shelby Madeiros also won at #3 doubles. Viswanath and Boggiali won by a final score of 6-3, while Koniaev and Madeiros scored a 6-4 win. With the two wins, Siena took the 1-0 lead in the match.
 
Viswanath and Koniaev also came through in singles play, both achieving a win in straight sets 6-4, 6-1. 
Jade Gautier and 
Meagan Brown scored wins as well, clinching the win for the Saints.
 
The Saints return to action next weekend on Friday, Feb. 18 at 5:30 when they host Bryant for the first match of a three-match weekend.
