The Siena Men's Tennis team grabbed their first win of the spring on Sunday afternoon, as they defeated the Boston University Terriers by a final score of 5-2.
The Saints got things started early with wins at #2 and #2 doubles to take an early 1-0 lead.
Agustin Suarez and
Matt Nardone won 6-4 at #2, while
Jose Pablo Davila and
Mathis Tremblay won 6-2 at #3.
With the 1-0 lead, Siena got victories from
Tomas del Olmo and Suarez at #1 and #2 singles for a 3-0 lead. A point away from clinching a win, Davila and Tremblay would both win at singles to make the five points for Siena.
Siena return to the court on Friday, Feb. 11 at 5:30 p.m. when they play host to Bucknell at Tri-City Fitness.
