LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena Vice President / Director of Athletics John D'Argenio announced title changes for four Siena Athletics administrators, effective immediately. Kevin Borden is now the Assistant Athletic Director for Fan Engagement, Brendan Krol is now Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities, Sarah Sivertson '13 is now Assistant Athletic Director for Advising, and Heidi Speer is now Assistant Athletic Director for Business.
"We are pleased to announce these new title changes for four of our dedicated staff members," D'Argenio said. "Heidi, Kevin, Sarah, and Brendan have all been an integral part of our department and vital to our past and future success."
Kevin Borden | Assistant Athletic Director/Fan Engagement
Named Siena's Box Office Manager in 2015, Borden has been with the department since 2013, and oversees all ticket operations in the Siena Fan Relations Management Center. His responsibilities include handling season ticket, premium seating, and group sales for Siena's two ticketed sports – men's and women's basketball.
Brendan Krol | Assistant Athletic Director/Facilities
Krol joined Siena Athletics in 2019 following three years on the facility management events team for the College. He oversees all facilities operations – including set-up and tear down of athletic events, overseeing operations student workers, and facility upkeep – within Siena Athletics.
Sarah Sivertson '13 | Assistant Athletic Director/Advising
A former Siena Volleyball standout from 2009-13, Sivertson returned to Siena Athletics in 2019, and has served as the department's Head Academic Advisor since 2020. Aside from serving as the lead advisor for the department's more than 350 student athletes, she works to support and enhance the academic and personal development of all student athletes during their Siena experience.
Heidi Speer | Assistant Athletic Director/Business
Speer began work at Siena College in 2007, joined the Athletic Department in 2011, and was named the department's Business Manager in 2019. She manages all business affairs functions for the department, including purchasing, credit cards, game contracts, and human resource functions.
