Dear Saints Family,

I am thrilled to share our 2023-24 Siena College Athletics Annual Report with alumni, supporters, fans, and Saints both near and far!

This past year, Siena Athletics continued to excel in Building Better Saints and fostering a winning culture both on and off the field. The 2023-24 season was one of remarkable achievements and milestones:

• Championship Glory: Our men's golf team captured their second straight and sixth overall MAAC Championship, while the softball program made history with its first-ever MAAC Championship, earning a berth in the NCAA Regional.
• Excellence in Cross Country/Track: The men's and women's cross country/track teams delivered outstanding performances, winning five combined team and individual titles at the MAAC Championships.
• Broad Success: Six other teams—men's cross country, men's soccer, women's basketball, men's and women's lacrosse, and women's tennis—advanced to the MAAC Semifinals or finished as runners-up.
• Rising Stars: Siena Athletics is proud to have celebrated five MAAC Rookie of the Year awards, a MAAC Coach of the Year, and a MAAC Defensive Player of the Year, highlighting the bright future ahead.
• National Recognition: Both the men's and women's rugby teams showcased their talent on a national stage, competing in the National Collegiate Rugby 7's Championship.

Off the field, our Saints continued to excel academically:

• For the third straight year, Siena Athletics achieved an impressive 94% Graduation Success Rate, the highest in a decade, with nine programs achieving a perfect GSR of 100%.
• Our student-athletes also set the bar in the classroom, posting another stellar cumulative GPA and earning a record number of spots on the MAAC Academic Honor Roll.

"Building Better Saints" underscores the collective effort it takes to achieve excellence. Every championship, academic accolade, and life lesson our Saints experience is made possible through your unwavering support.

Thanks to your generosity, the Saints Alive! Athletic Fund had one of its best years ever, raising an incredible $653,842. With your continued commitment, we can break records together and ensure that our Saints have the resources to thrive.
