Siena (2-3) feverishly hunted for the tying tally in the second half, creating 11 shots and eight corner kicks in the stanza. Freshman
Catherine Rogers twice earned the Saints penalty kicks and, after Siena failed to convert on the first attempt in the 77
th minute, Daly broke through to even the match with just 3:46 remaining.
But the Tommies had the last word, as Mariah Nguyen won a high header right to the foot of a cutting Huber who finished the winning score in the waning moments.
The Saints held a 16-10 advantage in shots and a 10-7 margin in corners.
Cate Burns made three saves for Siena.
Olivia Rowe registered four of her five saves during a busy second half in goal for St. Thomas, which swept its weekend East Coast trip to New York against MAAC schools. The Tommies previously defeated Marist 1-0 on Thursday night in Poughkeepsie.
Siena continues its season-long four-match homestand Wednesday when they host Vermont at 4 p.m.
