Siena Heads to Reigning MAAC Regular Season Champion, Preseason Favorite Quinnipiac

Saints Tip-Off Challenging Stretch of Four of Six Away From Home to Close Out January

HAMDEN, CT – Siena Basketball hits the road for the first time in 2025 when the Saints take on reigning MAAC Regular Season Champion and preseason favorite Quinnipiac Friday night at 7 p.m. at M&T Bank Arena.
 
Steve Lenox, Billy Mecca, and Diane Nolan have the call of the game on ESPN+, which can be viewed by clicking the corresponding link. The "Voice of the Saints" Emmanuel Berbari and former Saint Conner Fenlon '12 will have the radio call of the game locally in the Capital Region on JAMZ 96.3 FM, with pregame coverage beginning at 6:30 p.m.
 
Siena (7-8, 2-2) commences a challenging stretch where they play four of six on the road to close out their January slate. Three of the four road contests are against the current top-three teams in the MAAC Standings.
 
Quinnipiac (7-8, 3-1) is looking to bounce back from their first league setback at Marist Sunday. The Bobcats are led by MAAC Preseason Player of the Year Amarri Monroe, who averages 14.7 points per game.
 
Siena leads the all-time series with Quinnipiac 13-10, although the Bobcats have won three straight and four of five. The Saints are 6-3 all-time in Hamden.
