LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena University Athletics has entered into a new three-year partnership with FanWord, one of the leading AI technology and storytelling companies in college sports. Through this agreement, Siena will implement FanWord Assist – FanWord's AI-powered content creation software – to strengthen its storytelling efforts across the department.

FanWord Assist is designed specifically for athletic communications teams to simplify and accelerate the creation of written content such as game recaps, feature stories, and player bios. The platform enables programs like Siena to produce more stories with speed, consistency, and authenticity, ensuring student athlete achievements are showcased across multiple channels.

FanWord currently works with more than 150+ athletic organizations across all levels, including Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) peer Fairfield, as well as other Division I institutions like Colgate, UConn, Mercer, GCU, and Colorado. Siena's addition underscores the growing momentum of programs across the country adopting AI-powered solutions for athletic storytelling.
